Your unit is craned onto a prepared foundation by our team. We coordinate the crane, transport, and on-site logistics as part of every project. Final mechanical, electrical, and plumbing connections are completed by local trades in the days that follow.

A crane typically needs about 10 feet of clear width to access and set up. Tree height, overhead wires, and slope all factor in — we do a site visit (or video walkthrough) before confirming logistics.

Every model has a curated set of options — exterior colour, finish packages, kitchen and bath upgrades, lighting, and mechanical add-ons. We don't do fully custom one-offs, because that's what allows us to deliver consistent quality on this timeline.

Every model arrives fully finished and ready to connect to utilities — that includes flooring, lighting, millwork, mini-split heating and cooling, plumbing fixtures where applicable, and the exterior cladding package. Site work and permits are billed separately.

Yes — because each aux box is craned in, it can be craned out. Moves require similar access logistics and a new foundation at the destination, but the structure itself is built to be relocated.
