Schedule a 30-minute consultation to talk through your property, your vision, and your goals. We use it to verify site eligibility before anything else moves forward.
Apply for Permits
If your municipality requires a permit for an accessory building, we help you navigate the application. In most BC jurisdictions this is standard.
Confirm Design
A dedicated design call to lock in your model, cladding, interior finish, and floorplan orientation. We sign off on a detailed spec sheet before the build begins.
Build
Your unit is built in our controlled Parksville facility. Same teams, same standards, every time — typically 8 to 14 weeks depending on the model.
Foundation & Utilities
While the unit is being built, local trades prepare your foundation and rough in the utilities your site needs — electrical, water, and sewer or septic.
Delivery & Installation
Your finished unit is transported to your property and craned onto the prepared foundation. We coordinate the crane, transport, and on-site team for the lift.
Enjoy
Final utility connections are handled by local trades over the days that follow. Most owners are living in or working out of their space within a week or two of the lift.
