Design & Customization
Work with our studio team to select your model, finish package, and any optional upgrades. We sign off on a detailed spec sheet before fabrication begins.
Factory Build
Your unit is built in our controlled Parksville facility. Same teams, same standards, every time — typically 8 to 14 weeks depending on the model.
Permits & Logistics
We help coordinate permits, site prep, foundation, transport route planning, and crane access. Nothing about the install is improvised.
Delivery & Crane Install
Your finished unit is transported to your property and craned onto the prepared foundation. We coordinate the crane, transport, and on-site team for the lift.
Move In
Final utility connections — water, electrical, sewer — are handled by local trades the following week, coordinated by our team.
