These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of auxbox.ca (the “Site”), operated by aux box Inc. (“aux box,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

You may browse the Site and submit forms (contact, property qualification, newsletter signup) for their intended purpose — inquiring about aux box products and services. You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems, or use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission.

No purchase agreement

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a binding agreement for, any aux box product. Pricing shown on the Site is a starting estimate only; final pricing, specifications, and availability are confirmed directly with our team during the design and quoting process. A purchase is only final once a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, model designs, and the aux box name and logo — is owned by aux box Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site’s information — including model specifications, pricing, and availability — accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. Specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our booking or social media partners). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.

Limitation of liability
